New - Resident Experience

We have partnered with FRONTSTEPS to integrate a new and improved online experience for our associations. This includes a new portal for residents that's faster and has more features, and an integrated mobile app. With built-in features such as reservations, newsletters, and surveys, your community will have the tools it needs to operate and communicate effectively. Please note that this feature is being rolled out in phases. You should receive an email notification around the time your association will be transitioning.

Prepare for the update by familiarizing yourself with the features of the new portal!


How you reach the new resident experience...

To get started, visit lelandmanagement.com and login with your current account credentials (new residents will need to complete registration)


Once logged in, click "Resident Experience" link on your website. The location may vary based on template. You can cycle through the gallery below to find yours. The red arrow indicates the location of the new link.


You will then be redirected to your new portal in a new tab/window!


Once you're in the new portal, you have access to various familiar and new features. Below are some helpful links that go over the various features on the new portal. Please note that some features displayed in the video and documentation are dependent upon your association's website package.
