How do I order closing documents?

Go to www.closingsdocsnow.com . This is a website designed to help title companies, closing agents and owners obtain the documents, certificates and forms needed to facilitate the sale of property governed by a community association.

To place an order:

1. Online: scroll to the bottom of the page and click on “Place Order” and follow the instructions.
2. By Mail: click on “Apply By Mail”, print the order form, complete it and mail to Leland Management at 6972 Lake Gloria Blvd., Orlando, FL 32809-3200, along with a check or money order made payable to Leland Management.

Has my order been completed?

Once your order is completed, you will receive your requested documents to the email associated with the order placed on www.communitydocsnow.com . If an emergency situation were to arise and the documents are needed sooner than requested, please reach out to our Closings Team and we will do our best to assist in a timely manner.
